Shipping policy

All orders ship within one business day from Grand Rapids, MI. Our small business uses UPS, Fedex, and USPS to ship to our loyal customers. You will receive an automatic email with all tracking information once your order has shipped. Check spam for this email if you haven't received it, and also check the spelling of your email on the confirmation email you got with your order receipt. If a package is lost, stolen, or you the tracking link is giving you incorrect information, please reach out to the shipping carrier for the applicable issue, and reach out to our support email and we will get it handled. In shipping over 25,000 packages, sometimes issues arise outside of our small business' control and we will do everything in our power to help you!
